El equipo de servicios de salud de Centennial Elementary está aquí para apoyar las necesidades de su estudiante. En asociación con el Departamento de Servicios de Salud de St. Vrain, nos esforzamos por eliminar las barreras debido a problemas de salud para fomentar la participación educativa, proporcionando servicios de enfermería y de salud de alta calidad para apoyar y abogar por las necesidades de salud de los estudiantes en estrecha colaboración con las familias, el personal y la comunidad.
