iPad Insurance
We highly encourage all families to purchase (optional) iPad insurance through the SVVSD Learning Technology Plan. This $25.00/year fee helps cover your students iPad from damage and/or replacement costs. The insurance coverage plan is for one academic year only and needs to be renewed annually. The easiest way to pay the $25.00/year fee is online through Infinite Campus. You may also pay the fee with cash or check (made payable to Centennial Elementary School) during regular office hours. iPad insurance fees need to be paid before September 15th.
Code of Conduct for the 2023-2024 school year
Dear Centennial students and families,
Thank you for your partnership and supporting the academic growth, safety, and well-being of our students. Every year, St. Vrain Valley Schools prints an up-to-date version of the Code of Conduct for students and families to review. This important document guides students and school staff on what expectations for school conduct and the consequences for behaviors that fall outside of those expectations. It is important that families review this information every year and acknowledge their receipt and understanding of this document.
To this end, please click here to access an electronic version of the Code of Conduct for the current school year. After you have reviewed this information, all families must sign an electronic acknowledgement that they have received, read, and understand the information contained, including the Annual Notification to Parents/Guardians; Behavioral Code of Conduct; Rights and Responsibilities of Students and Parents; and Board of Education Policies book. To sign your electronic acknowledgement, please follow the steps described here.
Again, thank you for your continued partnership and support. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected].
Sincerely,
Dr. Jirik

Vision/Hearing Screening
We will be having our Vision and Hearing screening at our school on August 25th. Your child(ren) may be on the list to be screened. Please encourage them to bring/wear their glasses to school this day. If our screening indicates that your student needs further evaluation, you will be notified by mail. Please contact your health clerk if you have questions or concerns.
Infinite Campus Parent Portal accounts will be created for the help desk for parents that do not have accounts. Once the account is created, the parent will receive an email from SVVSD that gives them their username and includes instructions on how to complete set up. It is important to note that you will not be able to access Parent Portal until the account is set up completely. If you do not complete the set up within 7 days, the link contained in the email is no longer valid.
