Attendance

Congratulations to all of our 4th grade classes who earned an extra recess for having the highest attendance rate for the month of November. Congratulations to the 64 students who we celebrated attendance with up in the office this week for their dedication toward improving attendance or those who have met the Strive for Five. Our school attendance rate is currently 94.62%. Let’s finish this calendar year strong!

This document can help support families when deciding when their child(ren) should be out of school – How Sick is Too Sick document. This can help support your decisions about when to send your child(ren) to school and when your child(ren) should stay at home. If you have any questions about attendance, please reach out to Tiffany Dowd (Registrar) or Sarah Coniglio (Dean of Students). We appreciate your support with school attendance!

PBIS – Positive Behavior Interventions & Support

Our

December Focus is Sportsmanship and we have been sharing ideas for how students can continue to act as good sports with one another at school in class as a team and when playing/collaborating together. Students watched staff play a funny game at this week’s assembly to demonstrate this. Ask them about it!

Students earned their Class PAWS goal for the month of November and earned some Free Choice P.E. Time with Mr. Weide during their gym classes. Students are working toward their Class PAWS goal for this month and if they meet it they will earn 20 mins. of Building Forts in their classrooms. Keep up the great work with that positive behavior, Huskies!
