Hello 5th Grade Families!

My name is Carrie Woelfle, and I am thrilled to be your student's teacher for their last year of elementary school! Fifth grade is such an exciting time filled with growth, new learning, and plenty of adventures, and I can’t wait to share this year with your student. Before we get started, I thought I’d tell you a little bit about me!

I live here in Firestone with my husband of 18 years and our three children. Our oldest attends Frederick High School, our middle attends Coal Ridge, and our youngest is a Husky right here at Centennial! They keep life busy, fun, and full of laughter, and I was lucky enough to spend lots of time with them this summer.

This year will be my 26th year of teaching—which is honestly a little hard to believe (and even harder to admit!). I think it’s because I still feel fairly young! I truly LOVE teaching. To guide, teach, learn, laugh, and grow alongside my students is the BEST. JOB. EVER.

When I’m not at school, I love spending time with my family, going for walks or bike rides, and playing cards with a cup of coffee in hand.
