Hello!

Before starting my teaching career, I supported adults and children with disabilities in several capacities including as a resource coordinator and developmental specialist. I was then a general education teacher for 12 years, teaching kindergarten, first and second grade.

As a teacher, I've always been drawn to my most complex students and finding ways to best support them. My last two years in the classroom I was serving as the special education teacher in private school classrooms. In 2022, I decided to get my Master's Degree in Special Education. I'm thrilled to be a member of the Centennial team now, supporting children and families here!

I have a husband and two children, ages 9 and 7. I love spending time with my family and friends, gardening, and hiking.
